Affiliate disclosure and editorial policy
The short version
Some links on this page are affiliate links. I only recommend tools I actually use, and it never changes what you pay.
How affiliate links work
Some companies pay a small commission when someone signs up through a link on this site. It costs you nothing extra: the price is the same whether you use the link or type the address yourself.
Every affiliate link on this site is marked. Pages containing one carry a notice before the article body, and the link itself is tagged so search engines treat it as sponsored.
What money does not buy
- A recommendation. No company has paid to be listed here, and none can. If a tool is worse than a free alternative, the page says so.
- A better review. Every tool page has a "skip it if" section, and it is not decorative. It is required by the site's own content rules.
- Silence about problems. Limitations go in the article, not in a footnote.
Where I haven't used something
If a page covers a tool I have not personally used, it says so in a visible box near the top. There is a real difference between "I ran this for three months" and "I read the documentation carefully", and you should always know which one you are getting.
Consulting
I also sell one-to-one sessions helping people set up their own AI workflows. That is a separate thing from the writing, and no article exists purely to sell it. Where a page mentions it, the guide still tells you how to do it yourself for free.
